Application Rules and Submissions

Applications are currently OPEN!

• You may app characters from the following:
  
  
  
  
  • Characters from works of Fiction (Video Games, Comics, Movies, etc) These characters must be played from a Canon source or official alternate universes. So AUs like Kingdom Hearts and the giant mess of AUs that is American Superhero comics is acceptable.
  
  
  • Original Characters from Original settings.
  
  
  • Original characters from settings that encourage original characters (Dungeons and Dragons, World of Darkness, Fallout) Characters from non-original settings must not have any relationships with characters from canon works in these settings. So your character can know of Drzzt Do’urden but they can't be his lover.
  
  


• You may apply up to two characters per month. Once this limit is reached, you must wait one month from the date of the earlier earlier application before you may apply a new character.


• You may not apply to characters from canons that have had 4 characters applied within the past month. Once a month has passed from the date the first character was accepted, we will begin accept another character from that canon.


• You may play up to 4 characters at once. If you can prove that you are able to handle more than 5, we will consider you crazy and allow it, though we will expect you to be able to go above and beyond the normal AC requirements if you wish to do this.


• You may not play more than 2 characters from the same canon. And even then, you cannot play 2 characters from the same canon who would normally interact with each other.


• You cannot apply for a character that is already in game. So if there is a Donald Duck from Ducktales in game, you could not apply Donald Duck from Kingdom hearts.


• You may not apply for characters if any of your current characters are on AC probation.


• If you do not receive a response within one week please contact the send a PM to fortressmods with a friendly reminder.


• We may ask for revisions to apps that we think require more work. Please supply these within a timely manner.


• If your application is rejected, you may not reapply with that same character for one month from the date the application was rejected. You are welcome to apply for a different character.
